He oversaw West Ham’s relegation to Championship
West Ham have said Nuno Espírito Santo is to continue as their head coach after relegation from the Premier League. The Portuguese held talks with the board after the club’s went down on Sunday, despite a 3-0 win at home to Leeds. He has been in charge since September.
“We held meetings with head coach Nuno Espírito Santo early this week and are pleased to confirm that he has expressed his continued commitment to the club – as we have to him,” West Ham said.
