MANILA, Philippines — A 23-year-old male vendor was arrested for allegedly selling P3.4 million worth of suspected shabu (crystal meth) in Parañaque City, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said on Tuesday. The suspect, identified only by the alias “Sallad,” was caught in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Don Bosco on Monday night, according to the PDEA in a statement.
