MANILA, Philippines — A lawyer has urged the British Embassy in Manila to revoke the resident visa of a London-based entrepreneur who is facing charges in the Philippines, including human trafficking. In a letter addressed to UK Ambassador Sarah Hulton, lawyer Rex Lampa said entrepreneur Adel en Nouri is the subject of multiple arrest warrants for cases of qualified human trafficking, large-scale illegal recruitment, estafa, and serious illegal detention.
