MANILA – Senator Erwin Tulfo on Wednesday appealed to Senate President Pro Tempore Loren Legarda and acting Majority Leader Joel Villanueva to attend the session and help restore quorum as the Senate impasse threatens to stall legislative work for another day. In an interview on ANC Headstart, Tulfo said the Senate needs either Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano or other high-ranking members of the majority bloc to open the session and allow the chamber to resume work before the sine die adjournment.
