Ilocos Sur—Danish rider Daniel Guld of CCN Factory Racing ruled the ninth stage of the MPTC Tour of Luzon that ended here on Friday. Guld overtook Team Pangasinan’s Benedict Soriano in the final 100 meters at the hilly turn entering Candon City Arena to claim the lap win that started in Laoag, Ilocos Norte. He finished with a time of three hours, 13 minutes and two seconds after a 137.6-kilometer race.
