Toll collection at Cavitex C5 Link-Segment 3B starts May 9

MANILA, Philippines — Toll will be collected at the Cavitex C5 Link-Segment 3B starting Saturday, May 9, after it was previously deferred, according to the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB).
