The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and Nestlé Philippines through the NESCAFÉ Plan have reaffirmed their commitment to uplifting the lives of Filipino smallholder farmers, particularly in the coffee sector, through a strengthened partnership focused on skills development and sustainable livelihoods.
