LUCENA CITY — Taal Volcano continued to exhibit heightened seismic activity, with 18 volcanic earthquakes and five volcanic tremors recorded over the past 24 hours, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported on Sunday, May 10. In its morning bulletin, Phivolcs said the tremors lasted between two and three minutes. The latest figures mark an increase from the nine volcanic earthquakes and four tremors recorded on Saturday, and the nine earthquakes and one tremor logged the previous day.
