Sotto out, Cayetano in as Senate President

MANILA, Philippines — After some reported attempts, the move to oust Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III finally succeeded on Monday as Senate Minority Leader Alan Cayetano was put to replace him. Since taking the Senate presidency from his predecessor, Sen.
