MANILA, Philippines — More lawmakers holding key positions in the House of Representatives have called out Batangas Rep. Leandro Leviste over his unparliamentary actions during a plenary session, saying that House members are given the opportunity to deliver speeches so that they can speak the truth and not make baseless claims.
