MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa will not receive special treatment amid an International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant for his arrest, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. reiterated.
