Singaporean Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan held talks with his North Korean counterpart Choe Son Hui in Pyongyang on Tuesday to further develop bilateral relations, North Korea’s state-run media said Wednesday. Balakrishnan arrived in Pyongyang the same day and is scheduled to travel to South Korea for talks with Foreign Minister Cho Hyun on Thursday, according to South Korean media.
