MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court (SC) has ordered all parties in the consolidated petitions for habeas corpus filed on behalf of former President Rodrigo Duterte to inform the court of any updates related to the case. “The parties are directed to inform the Court of any developments that may be relevant to the instant case,” the SC said in its notice dated November 11, 2025, but made public Friday. All parties are also given 30 days to submit an extensive memorandum addressing key issues that delve into the complex interplay between Philippine domestic law, constitutional rights, and international obligations.
