CEBU CITY, Philippines โ A man is facing a possible arson case after he allegedly set his own house on fire in San Fernando town, southern Cebu, and was arrested on Tuesday, June 2. The suspect, identified as Anecito Sas Paradela, 41, remains in police custody after investigators linked him to a fire that broke out at around 11:45 p.m. on June 1 in Purok Nangka 4, Panaghiusa, Barangay Panadtaran. According to San Fernando Municipal Police Station, Paradela allegedly intentionally set his own residence ablaze while under the influence of alcohol.
