MANILA, Philippines — Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jonvic Remulla on Saturday said that the agency is readying a 10,000-strong task force for a possible “dragnet” operation to arrest Senator Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa.
