‘Reckless’ taxi driver caught by LTO chief after evading enforcers in QC

MANILA, Philippines – Land Transportation Office (LTO) Chairperson Markus Lacanilao personally apprehended a driver of an electric taxi fleet for evading traffic enforcers for allegedly driving recklessly in Quezon City, the agency said on Friday.
