MANILA, Philippines — The Manila Police District (MPD) said Sunday that it had received no information about the Baha sa Luneta 2.0 anti-corruption rally, even though organizers said they had coordinated with the police. “We received no information from the local government unit, and if there was any, they should have a permit,” MPD spokesperson PMaj. Philipp Ines told the Inquirer in a phone interview.
