PNP to cooperate, support DOJ probe into Senate shooting

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) will cooperate with the Department of Justice (DOJ) which issued a subpoena in connection with the May 13 shooting incident at the Senate. “The Philippine National Police acknowledges the statement of Justice Secretary Fredderick Vida on the issuance of a subpoena to the PNP, particularly the Firearms and Explosives Office, in relation to the firearms involved in the May 13-14 gun-related incident,” PNP public information chief Col.
