MANILA, Philippines – Federico “Piki” Lopez has asked a Mandaluyong court to cite several members and lawyers of the Lopez majority bloc for indirect contempt over alleged violations of earlier court orders tied to the escalating family feud. In an order dated April 16, the Regional Trial Court of Mandaluyong City Branch 209 directed the respondents to comment on the petition within 30 days. Named respondents were Rafael Lopez, Martin Lopez, Michael Jack Garcia, Salvador Tirona, lawyer Enrique Quiason and lawyer Maria Amina Amado.
