MANILA, Philippines โ The Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA) on Wednesday warned the public and maritime operators of possible risks from debris linked to the launch of Chinaโs Long March 7A rocket, with identified drop zones located within the countryโs exclusive economic zone (EEZ). In an advisory, PhilSA said the rocket launched from the Wenchang Space Launch Site in Hainan, Peopleโs Republic of China, at around 12:16 a.m. Philippine time on May 27.
