MANILA, Philippines โ The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) have committed to bringing legal services closer to qualified PhilHealth members for free, especially in promoting and raising awareness of their rights under the Universal Health Care (UHC) program.
