MANILA, Philippines – The Philippines and Japan have expanded their agricultural partnership to modernize the local fisheries sector through Japanese technology, the Department of Agriculture (DA) said. The DA said the partnership supports efforts to increase output amid climate risks, rising production costs, and growing food demand.
