CITY OF ILAGAN, ISABELA, Philippines — A Philippine Eagle was sighted on Thursday, May 7, while perched on a tree in a forest in Sitio Pato Park, Ayod village of Dinapigue town, Isabela. The forest in Dinapigue town forms part of the Northern Sierra Madre Natural Park (NSMNP).
