When the Notre Dame cathedral in Paris was ravaged by a fire, its historic stained-glass windows were miraculously left unharmed. But to commemorate the incident, an idea emerged to replace six windows with new ones - prompting protest from heritage groups. The matter was brought to court, and in a first decision a Parisian court went against heritage groups. FRANCE 24's Shirli Sitbon tells us more about the controversy.
