MANILA, Philippines โ Malacaรฑang has declared special non-working days in five localities for the celebration of their respective anniversaries and special occasions. President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. issued Proclamation No. 1260, declaring June 6 a special non-working day in Bamban, Tarlac, for the celebration of Bamban Day. He also signed Proclamation No. 1261, declaring June 16 a special non-working day in the City of Bogo, Cebu, in celebration of its charter anniversary.
