PADS sends huge delegation off to Penang Int'l Dragon Boat Regatta

CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Philippine Accessible Disability Services (PADS) Adaptive Dragon Boat Racing Team is fielding a 54-man squad in the Penang International Dragon Boat Regatta at Straits Quay Marina from November 28 to 30. They will join 55 teams from 10 countries across several race distances and categories.
