MANILA, Philippines — Senator Robinhood Padilla reminded former senator and now Mamamayang Liberal party-list Rep. Leila de Lima that she had also been a fierce opposition figure against former president Rodrigo Duterte, saying she disagreed with many of the former leader’s policies.
