NCRPO on ‘full alert’ ahead of Nov. 30 anti-corruption rallies

MANILA, Philippines — The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) is now on “full alert” status on Friday, Nov. 28, two days ahead of the second Trillion Peso March anti-corruption rally and other protest actions expected around Metro Manila.
