CEBU CITY, Philippines — An American national remains under the custody of the National Bureau of Investigation in Central Visayas (NBI-CEVRO) after authorities allegedly found him inside a condominium unit in Cebu City with two male minors during a law enforcement operation conducted on Sunday evening, May 24.
