MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa “has no clear and unmistakable right to be protected,” the Supreme Court (SC) said in its resolution denying a petition for a temporary restraining order against the senator’s potential arrest under the International Criminal Court (ICC). Dela Rosa has sought to stop the implementation of the ICC warrant of arrest, which was issued in November last year but made unsealed only this month.
