Missing man turns up safe after Angeles City building collapse

ANGELES CITY, Pampanga — A man earlier reported missing following the collapse of a nine-story building in Barangay Balibago here was later found safe, authorities said Tuesday. Andy Lemorinas personally appeared before the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWD) at around 3:30 p.m. on Monday, easing fears that he had been trapped beneath the rubble. It was later confirmed that Lemorinas was not at the construction site when the building collapsed.
