MANILA, Philippines – Metro Pacific Water (MPW) has been tapped by the city government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, as the interim operator of its water distribution operations. The local government signed the operations and maintenance deal on May 20 after securing authority to appoint a temporary partner to stabilize the province’s water distribution system.
