MANILA, Philippines โ Several roads in the City of Manila will be closed to traffic amid the second Baha Sa Luneta and Trillion Peso March anti-corruption rallies on Sunday, Nov. 30. In an advisory on Friday, the Manila Police District (MPD) said the following roads will be affected: Both lanes of Bonifacio Drive from Anda Circle to P.
