MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has named former Taguig City Mayor Lino Cayetano as the new general manager of the state-owned People’s Television Network (PTV-4). Cayetano’s appointment was confirmed by Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Secretary Dave Gomez on Wednesday. PTV-4 is an attached agency of the PCO. A film and television director, Cayetano replaced Malou Choa-Fagar, who had served as PTV-4 head since August last year.
