Lian Kent Basa, Gilas Youth cager, chooses Central Visayas for Palaro

CEBU CITY, Philippines — In a surprising move, Gilas Youth standout Lian Kent Basa has decided to skip the national team’s campaign in the Southeast Asian Basketball Association (SEABA) tournament in Thailand to play for Central Visayas in the ongoing Palarong Pambansa in Agusan del Sur.
