MANILA, Philippines — The International Criminal Court (ICC) Trial Chamber III on Wednesday has set the start of President Rodrigo Duterte’s trial on Nov. 30, 2026. “As regards to the decisions we’ve come to, we are prepared to accede to the Prosecution’s application of the 30th of November as the start of the trial,” said Presiding Judge Joanna Korner during the third session of the trial’s status conference hearing.
