MANILA, Philippines — The International Criminal Court (ICC) on Saturday said no public arrest warrants have been issued amid rumors that the court had supposedly released an arrest warrant against Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa. “No public arrest warrants have been issued,” ICC spokesperson Oriane Maillet told reporters in a message.
