MANILA, Philippines — The International Criminal Court (ICC) on Monday confirmed that the warrant of arrest issued against Senator Ronald dela Rosa is legitimate. “The International Criminal Court confirms that the document published by national authorities of the Republic of the Philippines and circulated in [the] media is indeed a formal ICC document,” the ICC said in a message to reporters.
