ICC clears rumors: 'No arrest warrant issued for Bato dela Rosa'

MANILA, Philippines — The International Criminal Court (ICC) spokesperson on Saturday said that the Hague court has not issued new arrest warrants, including one rumored for Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa.
