MANILA, Philippines — The proposed Komprehensibong Alalay sa Livelihood, Inflation, Negosyo at Goods Assistance (KALINGA) Program, which seeks to institutionalize government action during oil crises, has been approved by the House of Representatives on third and final reading. During the session on Wednesday, House Bill (HB) No. 9305 was approved with 294 lawmakers voting in the affirmative, while only three opposed it, and no one abstained.
