MANILA, Philippines — Raquel Fortun, one of the country’s most recognized forensic pathologists, said Thursday that she conducted an autopsy on five of the 19 people who were killed by Army troops in Negros Occidental last month, confirming that she did not find any indication that they were shot at close range.
