MANILA, Philippines — The Senate may convene as an impeachment court for the case of Vice President Sara Duterte on Wednesday, May 13, if the Articles of Impeachment are transmitted to the upper chamber on Tuesday, Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian said Sunday.
