PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur — A cargo vessel carrying more than a hundred fuel containers caught fire off the coast of R.T. Lim Boulevard in Zamboanga City on Friday, May 9, forcing its three crew members to jump into the sea as responders battled the blaze.
