MANDAUE CITY, CEBU – Rep. Vincente Franco “Duke” Frasco of Cebu’s 5th District is seeking guidance from his constituents on how he should vote on the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte. On Monday, May 6, the House Committee on Justice unanimously approved its committee report finding probable cause to impeach Duterte, along with the resolution setting forth the Articles of Impeachment, formally sending the case to the plenary for consideration.
