LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Generally fair weather is expected across the Visayas on Tuesday, October 27, although localized rain showers or thunderstorms may occur, according to Pagasa. In its daily forecast, Pagasa said the region would experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms. Localized thunderstorms are more likely from the afternoon to evening.
