MANILA, Philippines — Former QC Rep. Marvin Rillo on Monday submitted an affidavit to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), asking the bureau to file four cyberlibel complaints against Peanut Gallery Media Network (PGMN) anchor CJ Hirro over alleged defamation. In a chance interview on Monday, Rillo said Hirro has been attacking him in her online program at the PGMN since last year, adding that this also caused him to lose his reelection bid in the 2025 elections. “CJ Hirro is number 1 who is attacking me with baseless evidence,” he said in Filipino.
