Drug suspect surrenders in Surigao City after bloody buy-bust ops

SAN FRANCISCO, AGUSAN DEL SUR, Philippines — One of two drug suspects who evaded arrest during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Cagniog, Surigao City, surrendered to authorities on Wednesday, May 6. Lt. Col. Mariano Lukban, Surigao City police director, identified the suspect as Ricardo Peligro Tiudianco, 45, a resident of Cagniog.
