DOTr inspects port projects in Northern Samar

TACLOBAN CITY — The Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the local government of Northern Samar inspected major port and wharf projects across the province to assess construction progress and ensure compliance with approved engineering standards. DOTr Maritime Sector Project Officer Gemma Almanzar, together with representatives from the Provincial Engineering Office, led the inspection as part of the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of maritime infrastructure projects.
