MANILA, Philippines — Senator Robin Padilla on Saturday advised fellow lawmaker Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa not to surface, amid rumors that an arrest warrant against the former Philippine National Police (PNP) chief has been supposedly released by the International Criminal Court (ICC). This comes as Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla insisted that he has not received such an arrest order.
