LUCENA CITY – The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in the Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) region announced the implementation of a four-day workweek in all its offices beginning May 11. In a public advisory posted on Facebook Saturday (May 9), DENR-Calabarzon said the new schedule is pursuant to DENR Memorandum Circular No. 2026-02 on the implementation of flexible work arrangements within the agency.
